Mortgage Loan Services Processor
We have a regular, full-time Mortgage Loan Services Processor (MLSP) position based at our McKinleyville offices. Looking for a positive individual with a commitment to the highest quality service to members and coworkers relating to processing loan applications, accurately preparing documents and producing reports, addressing member inquiries, and maintaining efficient files. Preserving member confidentiality, performing mathematical computations, and working effectively as part of a cohesive team required, as well as at least a year of administrative experience. Knowledge of loan processing or financial services preferred, and detailed training provided. Salary range is $21.66 – $34.46, and depending on experience, may be hired as a Senior MLSP with a higher salary ranger. Member Services Rep
Our Weaverville location has an opportunity for a regular, part-time Member Services Representative. The schedule will be 25 hours per week; Tuesday – Thursday, 8 hours per day. This individual enjoys assisting others as part of an energetic, cohesive team, providing exceptional service to members with transactions and cross servicing credit union products and services in conjunction with needs. Customer service and cash handling experience preferred, and detailed training provided. Salary range is $18.00 – $29.35, depending on experience. Mortgage Loan Services Officer
We have an immediate opening for a full-time, senior-level position as a Mortgage Loan Services Officer, based at our McKinleyville Member Services Branch. Looking for a friendly, dynamic individual with a great deal of initiative and commitment to high quality service. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and at least three years of lending experience with loan decision authority. Expertise in informing and guiding members through the entire mortgage loan process, from application to close, for all related products. Depending on experience, may be hired as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. Salary is $27.37 – $57.13.
